How much does a virtual office in Lisbon cost?
On the annual plan, Basic costs €20/month, Premium €30/month and Premium Plus €70/month, plus VAT, paid in one instalment with a 12-month minimum term. On the monthly plan, prices are €25, €35 and €85/month, plus VAT. There is no sign-up fee.
How much does coworking in Lisbon cost?
From €160/month + VAT. There is no sign-up fee.
How much does a private office in Lisbon cost?
From €160 per person per month + VAT, for teams of 1 to 30 people. There is no sign-up fee.
What if my team is bigger?
The suite office is for teams of 20 to 100 people, from €200 per person per month + VAT. The full floor office is for more than 100 people, from €225 per person per month + VAT.
Do the offices include a company address?
Yes. The private office, suite office and full floor office all include a company address. You do not need a virtual office plan.
Is there a sign-up fee?
No. There is no sign-up fee on any solution: virtual office, coworking, private office, suite office or full floor.
How much does a meeting room cost?
From €8/hour + VAT. The €8/hour rate applies to virtual office Premium clients; for non-clients, the room costs €16/hour + VAT. The Premium Plus plan includes 2 hours per month. The rooms are for meetings of up to 8 people.
What is the difference between a virtual office and coworking?
A virtual office gives your company an address from €20/month + VAT; coworking gives you a desk from €160/month + VAT.
Can I switch solutions later?
