Office fit outs are the transformation of a space into a suitable office environment from which a team can work. A fitout encompasses interior walls, plastering, electrical, flooring, decoration, lighting, mechanical installations, furnishings and or any other improvements made to the interior of premises.

There is no definitive way of answering this question without knowing the specifics of your situation and the scale of your fitout. Office design & fit out projects are all individual & bespoke to each client and space/area so it’s quite difficult to give a typical cost. Considerations include whether the project is a Cat A (shell and core), or Cat B fit out (partitions, fixtures, fittings, finishes and furniture). These changes in cost occur due to the time, nature of the changes, materials used and the sub-consultant’s involvement in the project.
